POT REFORM JUST SMOKE
Canadians have protection from unreasonable searches and seizures under
Section 8 of your Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
Can the Canadian government demonstrably justify (the legal rationale) to
violate this right and seize marijuana? Is the use of marijuana a greater
threat than alcohol? Until your courts give Charter protection for
individuals growing marijuana for private use, decriminalization does not
change anything, with organized crime controlling the distribution of
marijuana.
