WAR SHOULD HAVE BEEN VS. DRUGS
As the Bush administration continues to dump money into a distorted
cause, now approaching $70 billion, I wonder what even half of these
resources would do to cure the real terror and devastation to the
United States.
I am speaking of the illegal drug culture in our country. The illegal
drug industry makes the al-Qaeda look like a Sunday school class and
9/11 like a Sunday-school picnic.
Monthly, according to my research, twice as many people suffer
drug-related deaths as were lost in 9/11. It is estimated that 80-85
percent of violent criminal, burglaries and theft activity in our
country is drug-related.
George W. would not know a wake-up call if he got it.
