Re: Cops link homicide to drugs (Sept. 9).
Maybe the Winnipeg police say the city's 15th homicide of 2003 is
drug-related, but is it not closer to reality to say it is
prohibition-related -- just like in Al Capone's day?
When is the media going to have the courage to tell the truth?
