FEDS LET DOWN SICK AND DYING
Once again The Winnipeg Sun is right on the mark in its evaluation of
our federal government (The dopes can't even grow weed, Sept. 22). The
hypocrisy, double standards and contradictions in their marijuana
policy would be laughable if not for the thousands of Canadians who
are suffering because of it.
The vast majority of marijuana users behave responsibly while using. A
vast majority of Canadians are tired of their tax dollars being wasted
on enforcement of bad laws. Worst of all, the sick and dying who have
been granted a legal right to smoke marijuana for medicinal reasons
still do not have a safe, legal and effective supply.

(The sick and dying evidently don't count for as much if they smoke up.)
