CHOOSE BETWEEN OPTIONS FOR ADDICTS

It is quite apparent that legal enforcement and education are not going to
win the battle with illegal drug use. We have needle exchange programs and
now a much publicized safe injection site in Vancouver for harm reduction.

Now let's start a program of harm reduction for the much greater segment of
society - the not-addicted.

You don't need to be a cop to know the vast majority of crime in this
country is drug-related.

The only way to beat this problem, short of summary executions daily at
noon on the lawns in front of city halls, is to have all illegal drugs sold
just like alcohol from government run liquor stores.

Hold your nose and choose.
