COURTS MOST RESPONSIBLE FOR DRUG-LAW BREAKDOWN
My response to apparent police apathy toward ice/drug involvement (The Maui
News, Oct. 2):
Why should they become involved with that hazardous effort when our soft courts
will merely scold, then slap these crooks and freaks on the hand before
allowing them back into society to continue their trip down the dead-end road?
