CHRETIEN SHOULD SKIP CANADA'S MARIJUANA LAWS
PERHAPS JEAN Chretien could skip all of Canada's marijuana laws and just
meet up with Adrienne Clarkson in Amsterdam ("PM muses about smoking a
joint," Oct. 4.). She's on that side of the globe anyway and he's itching to
try it. Best of all, it wouldn't cost either a slim dime because they could
just put the expense on Adrienne's endless travel budget.
