TEST YOUNG DRIVERS

Who is handing out driving licenses in the state of Texas? If driving
licenses were handed out in some states the way they are in Texas, the
driving license people would be shut down and sent to the unemployment
office.

Federal statistics show that 120 people out of 1,000 licensed drivers
below age 24 in Texas have wrecks. Fatalities are going up, but no one
is interested. All of these people have both beer and marijuana in
their systems at the time of the crash.

People who drink beer and smoke marijuana should not be allowed to
have a license. Only a fool would issue a license to these people. All
people below age 24 should be road-tested every year. They should also
be tested for drugs.
