DRUG EXPERIMENT

EDITOR: Re Kirk Muse's letter starting, "I'd like to add that
decriminalization of drug..."

Interesting, Kirk Muse's letter, advocating full drug legalization - an
opinion he has urged in letters all over the English-speaking world.

I wonder how he would react to a small-scale experiment. Why not make drugs
of known quality available for pennies to imprisoned drug dealers? This
would provide a picture of how society at large would change if drugs were
freely available for all of us.
