NO FEELING SORRY FOR RUSH LIMBAUGH
To the Editor:
Please excuse me if I don't go boohoo over Rush Limbaugh admitting
that he's addicted to painkillers.
Now don't misunderstand, I do have compassion for some of those who
have addictions. What I don't have compassion for are those people who
live in glass houses who enjoy throwing stones.
Rush Limbaugh is one of this country's biggest stone throwers.
Limbaugh, as well as other high profile media talking heads, is very
good at pointing fingers, blaming, slandering, accusing and pointing
out all of everybody else's sins. But when they themselves are in a
negative spotlight, that's different.
We heard several days of his "not wanting to talk about" his
breaking the law to get these illegal drugs and now we all are
supposed to feel sorry for him. Well, I don't.
Limbaugh took part in illegal activities and should be prosecuted just
as anyone else. Now he's going to a rehabilitation center and I guess
we all are just suppose to be supportive.
Maybe while he's in there he'll learn about pots that call kettles
black.
