HERE'S ONE SOLUTION
One of our biggest problems is the drug problem. I know it sounds harsh, but
there is a near-perfect solution. As you enter the airport in Taipei, you are
greeted by a very visible sign that says "Drug trafficking is punishable by
death in the R.O.C." (Republic of China). Needless to say, the drug trade is not
one of Taiwan's biggest problems.
