LIMBAUGH MAY LEARN COMPASSION IN REHAB
Well, well, can you believe the pit-bull mouthpiece of the right-wing
Republican party is a junkie? So now he goes off to a high-priced rehab, and
all is forgiven. If he were a poor kid from the tenements trying to score a
joint, he'd go to jail. But money talks, so he walks.
I hope Rush Limbaugh will find some compassion for the people he's been
trashing all these years. But I won't hold my breath.
I'm reminded of what another of his kind said back in Reconstruction,
"There's still a few years of good stealing in South Carolina."
Now that their idol has been found to have earthen feet, may I repeat what I
was told by a wise old man years ago? The only difference between modern-day
Republicans and the carpetbaggers of bygone days is the present-day ones are
homegrown - or maybe the descendants of the leftovers.
Poor Wade Hampton must be spinning in his coffin.
