COMING CLEAN ON HIS ADDICTION

As a liberal Democrat and a gay man, I abhor Rush Limbaugh's views. As
a recovering addict with more than 14 years of sobriety, I embrace him
as another recovering drug addict. Recovery has taught me that love
and tolerance are the key to sobriety. I hope Limbaugh can get over
his drug addiction, rethink his call for the death penalty for drug
dealers and through his journey find a little more love and tolerance
in his heart for the many diverse people he will meet along his new
path.
