RUSH LIMBAUGH REVERED BY MANY
Don Williams again has claimed his position as the Molly Ivins of East
Tennessee. He is definitely against anything George Bush is doing or that
conservative East Tennessee advocates. Talking heads are defined as
anything contrary to his liberal diatribes. His low opinion of Rush
Limbaugh is not shared by the millions who have made him the most listened
to radio personality in our country, but what a wonderful opportunity to
kick him while he is down.
I would not call Williams a socialist or Stalinist and tree-hugger, etc.,
but listen to his negative rantings and judge for yourself. I also doubt
that listening to Limbaugh, Ollie North or Michael Savage will cause auto
wrecks, but for those of us who agree, it could lead to a firmer grasp of
the steering wheel and the facts.
Williams thinks too many whites are getting away with dealing drugs, while
we think people who traffic in drugs should go to jail, even if they are pink.
Yes, indeed, the "pill and chill" remedy does apply to Williams and Ivins.
He must be overwrought to continue his negative spiel.
