DISPUTE OVER CLINICS SHOWS NO IMAGINATION

Why in the world do we need to put a methadone clinic in populated areas at
all? There's bound to be some land for sale with an old house on it located
outside populated areas, which could be purchased and used. If nothing
else, find some land and put a double-wide trailer on it.

I find Roanoke County's and the city's thought process on this issue pretty
much nonexistent.

Come next city council election, I know that I won't be voting for anyone
currently in office. We need people with imagination.
