WILL ACHILLES' HEEL REMAIN A SORE SPOT?

It was commendable for Rush Limbaugh to realize he was in bondage to
evil spirits seeking his destruction. It took a lot of courage to
acknowledge that he would seek treatment for addiction to drugs. For
public personalities, humiliation comes on a grand scale.

Limbaugh has become famous and wealthy for attacking people at the
point of their weakness. He has traded on the power of words without a
sense of responsibility. Words create and destroy. Words soothe and
inflame.

He may well rationalize away culpability by calling what he does
"entertainment." Entertainment is as much a reflection of the
entertained as the entertainer.

Will he still take advantage of the frailty of others? What a witness
Limbaugh would make if he practiced the do-unto-others ethic.
