MARIJUANA LAWS COSTLY

I can't understand why our lawmakers, in dealing with the school finance
shortfalls, can't take another look at the cost of the drug war as it
relates to marijuana. I am sure if our lawmakers took the time to
re-examine the cost from prohibition of marijuana, they could find a way to
shave off a few million of the cost and give it to our schools.
