ARE CAMPAIGN FUNDS WHY MARIJUANA IS ILLEGAL?
I agree with Ed Decker when he says, "Apparently it's done because law
enforcement gets a huge chunk of money each year for fighting drugs.
With more than 700,000 arrests for marijuana each year, apparently
that's how those people keep their jobs."
But I submit that politicians, too, get their chunk of the
money.
Marijuana, which offers unique benefits in many medical conditions,
can be grown anywhere by anyone at little cost and is non-patentable,
scares the living daylights out of Big Pharma.
If it's true that the pharmaceutical industry constantly gives
millions to political parties, it would appear that the government
won't give up their "reefer madness" anytime soon.
