CORRUPT LEGAL SYSTEM
In your response to the letter written by Scott Russ (Dec. 28) you state
that you don't believe the legal system to be corrupt when it comes to
marijuana laws. I beg to differ. How can the system not be corrupt when
proposed legislation is presented to the government of the U.S. for
approval before it is presented to Parliament?

(The U.S. can't "approve" our laws, only comment on them.)
