EXTEND HELP TO ALL ABUSERS
Regarding the Dec. 18 letter, "Needle exchange makes sense." The writer is
right on target with providing syringes to users of illegal drugs.
However, I'd like to expand on that concept. We should also provide shot
glasses for those persons convicted of driving while intoxicated, as well
as to all alcoholics. Then true equity can be maintained.
