OPPOSED TO CLINIC

This is to express our opposition to a methadone clinic next to the
Department of Motor Vehicles on Old Dominion Road in Bristol Virginia.

As residents of Lowry Hills, we appreciate the support of County
Administrator Mark Reeter and that of the Washington County Board of
Supervisors in preventing the installation of the clinic at this location.
