OBEY THE LAW
Had Kenneth Walker not felt such animosity toward law officials, he would
have obeyed their command and pulled his hands out of his pockets.
Regardless of whether you know you are innocent or not, when you are given
a command from an officer of the law, you obey that law and prove your own
innocence.
I believe Mr. Walker caused his own death, by not obeying the request from
the officer to take his hands out of his pockets. It is Mr. Walker's
responsibility to prove his innocence.
I believe this PUSH or Rainbow Coalition or whoever they think they are
need to stop yelling and weigh everything that happened. You do not disobey
the law; you do not make this a racial happening, just because the victim
is black.
I'm sorry, but the black community are the only ones keeping the racial
issue alive. You don't see us having a "white" history month; we don't have
a "Miss White America" contest.
I'm so sick of this black/white thing. Let's move on people -- this is the
21st Century! Stop living in the "slave" ages. I never had a slave, a maid,
a butler, or anything. I've always done all my own work. I don't owe anyone
anything!
And, Ms. Sledge, go away! I have never liked your articles and I never
will; in fact, you can count on me never reading your articles again!
