MAKE HIM PAY

Regina -- I sincerely hope the government of British Columbia has
filed away Larry Tkaczyk's name (Crystal Meth -- letter, Jan. 12).
That way, when his fondness for crystal meth causes him to suffer
neurological or psychological damage, they can tell him: "You admitted
that you knew you were using an unsafe substance" and make him pay for
any and all costs related to his shameful dereliction of common sense.

I resent having to pay increased taxes because people like Mr.
Tkaczyk refuse to give up an illegal and dangerous drug.
