GIVE POT TO PRISONERS

My prescription to end all violence and smuggling in prisons is to
distribute marijuana in prisons to those who want it. The only ones
left still committing violence will be those who don't use it. It
would then not be smuggled in but would have to be earned just like
cigarettes. And with good pot around who will want other drugs or
alcohol anyway?

If it has not sunk in yet - marijuana makes people non-violent. The
only side effect to the whole operation would be that prisoners would
be a little hungrier. A good trade off I think.
