TIME FOR PLAN B
You are correct that decriminalization is a half-baked loaf of bread
and an ill-conceived solution to the marijuana problem (Editorial,
Jan. 14). Unfortunately, your choice to toughen enforcement of
marijuana laws has failed for two-thirds of a century. Legalization is
the only solution that has not yet been tried during the lifetime of
most readers. Isn't it time for plan B?
