OVERPROTECTING US?
Our leaders in Washington and Tallahassee always tackle the tough
issues. Now we are protected from ephedra, which was equal to an extra
cup of coffee.
Aspirin substitutes kill 100 times more people each year from kidney
failure. Any substance put into your body in excess causes harm, even
water.
I think that the only reason a lawsuit was filed was for profit to the
lawyers. After all, smoking is still legal in this country, which is
your right.
The real crime was the $4 billion paid to the lawyers (just in our
state) to protect us from a still legal product.
How about an end to frivolous lawsuits, and an end to government
involvement in our pursuit of liberty?
