RE: "COURT gives green light to ban harm," by Mike Jenkinson, Jan. 12. What
a strange column. Jenkinson starts out by saying he agrees that Parliament,
not the courts, should have the right to ban marijuana and then spends the
rest of the piece explaining why this is a bad idea. You bet it's a bad
idea. That's why I support the right of the courts to strike down unjust
laws.
