IT'S ALL CORRUPT
Dear Editor:
Regarding the Stanley Park Six. (Editorial, Castlegar Citizen, Jan. 9) -
it's all corrupt. They want to throw pot growers in jail for 14 years in
Canada while cops who beat up people get probation.
Do you ever wonder what would happen to society if alcohol remained illegal?
We just have to look at our drug war and you will get your answer. Wait till
the officers involved in the Toronto drug squad scandal end up with a slap
on the wrist.
