GOVERNMENT CUFFS POLICE
The six police officers in Vancouver obviously suffered a massive brain
cramp the day they took the pushers to the park and attempted to convince
them that what they were doing was wrong.
But the police are continually frustrated by the federal government and the
statutes it has passed and this makes their actions understandable. Not
right, but understandable.
Within hours of being arrested the pushers are released by
"handcuffed-by-law" judges to continue the government-approved
pre-meditated murders they commit.
Harsh words, you say? How many addicts die each year on British Columbia
streets from bad drugs? Bad drugs supplied by these pushers with no thought
but profit and no laws with any teeth to really make them think twice.
And why are the human rights groups all over the police and not the
pushers? What about the junkies' human rights? Oh, sorry they're really not
human, are they, at least in most people's minds.
Personally, I would have given the six officers a reprimand and then a
medal. To all those other officers on the front line, keep up the excellent
work, thankless and frustrating though it may be.
