KUCINICH ISN'T IN WEB POLL BUT SHOULD GET LOCAL VOTES

I would like to vote in the Summit Daily's Web site poll but I can't,
because Democratic presidential nominee Dennis Kucinich wasn't included.

He's the one nominee who put on his Web site in writing that he'll
decriminalize cannabis and regulate it like alcohol; will put the U.N.'s
peacekeeping forces in Iraq and get the U.S. out in 90 days and will
implement national health care.

For many Summit County voters, Kucinich is the only choice, yet Kucinich is
not getting media respect nationally and the Summit Daily illustrates that
fact locally.

Perhaps the Summit Daily could restart that same poll and include all the
candidates.

Also, citizens should know, to vote in April's Democratic Caucus election,
you must register as a Democrat and do so by the deadline of Feb. 13, less
than two weeks from now.
