SARASOTA POLICE ANNOUNCE 22 DRUG ARRESTS
Sarasota Police announced Wednesday they have arrested 22 people on
drug-related charges during the first two months of 2004.
Police said they have seized 16.5 pounds of marijuana, 83 grams of
cocaine, 1 gram of heroin, an estimated 17 rocks of cocaine, and
prescription medications. The drug-related charges issued include 25
felonies, 10 misdemeanors and one federal indictment.
