GIVE POT A FAIR SHAKE

Regarding the AP article "Pot-growing handbook burns library critics," of
Feb. 23:

Robert Gathercole as a lot of nerve comparing growing marijuana to
bomb-making, assassination, or how to make methamphetamine and child
pornography. When there are a lot of sick, suffering, and dying people that
use marijuana for medical purposes.

It seems that most people have forgotten who put this plant upon this
earth. Well I have not. Genesis 1:29 will show us God's intent for all
seed-bearing plants, which includes marijuana. Timothy 4:1-4 show
God's contempt and condemnation for those people who are opposed to
marijuana in any way. Personally, I am getting very tired of people
comparing a plant to weapons of mass destruction, and being treated as
a domestic terrorist. Is God a criminal because he planted and gave us
marijuana?
