LIQUOR BOARD CAN REGULATE POT

In reference to marijuana, grow it, tax it and then put that money
back into health care.

Good plan? I certainly think so, and I thought so when I first heard
it about five years ago. It is about time that someone with enough of
a voice is saying the same thing.

We are almost a backwater in our handling of marijuana.

Treat it like other things in this country -- regulate it and tax it.

In B.C., you could even put marijuana under the liquor control board.
