MARIJUANA ADVOCATE CHARGED WITH TRAFFICKING
Saskatoon -- A British Columbia marijuana advocate is free on bail
after being charged with trafficking marijuana in Saskatoon.
A judge yesterday ordered that B.C. Marijuana Party founder Marc Emery
be freed on $3,500 bail.
He's also been told he can't possess marijuana, and police are allowed
to search him, his home or vehicle at any time.
