RIGHT MOVE
Finally, common sense has come to City Hall. The next program
cancelled should be the needle exchange. I see no justice in giving
addicts free needles while diabetics must pay for theirs. Addicts have
a choice -- diabetics have none. The argument by some councillors that
it keeps HIV and hepatitis C from spreading makes no sense. It's a
fear tactic to make the public sway in our councillors' favour.
