POLICE OFFICER FACES DRUG, FRAUD CHARGES
A 29-year veteran of the Peel Regional Police is facing theft, drug and
fraud charges.
Police arrested Constable Martin Goold, 59, in Mississauga and charged him
with eight offences. Authorities said they found hashish and six kilograms
of cocaine when he was arrested. Constable Goold worked for the morality
bureau for the past five years. He was under investigation for several
weeks.
