5 CHARGED IN CFB DRUG PROBE
One adult and four youths from Pembroke were charged yesterday after a
two-month drug investigation by the Canadian Forces National Investigation
Service. All four students attend the General Panet High School at CFB
Petawawa. The adult, Brandon Gates, has been charged with one count of
trafficking, one count of possession for the purpose of trafficking and one
count of possession.
The arrests are a result of alleged possession and trafficking of
marijuana, hashish and other unidentified substances.
The CFNIS investigates matters in relation to National Defence property and
personnel.
