MORE IMPORTANT NEEDS LEFT TO LAG

I just wanted to thank Mr. Darrell Moore, the conscience of Greene County,
for discovering that pot possession was not a crime in Springfield. Good
thing the prosecuting attorney was on top of this one.

I also understand that the City Council will vote in a week on whether or
not to make misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance a crime.

Forget about any laws forbidding stray dogs to maul children (their parents
should keep a first aid kit handy). Thank you again for your sharp eye, Mr.
Moore. I could have been the next shooting victim of some crazed lunatic
hooked on marijuana.
