WHO ALLOWED TOKE-IN?

After reading Good news, bad news about the teen toke-in at the
Legislature, all I could do was shake my head in amazement. Marijuana is
still illegal in this country, yet here you have hundreds of teens openly
flaunting the law, while police stood by and did nothing. I can only guess
how they felt as these teens brazenly broke the law (while school kids were
on tour of the Legislature yet).

Somebody had to authorize this non-action by our police forces. Whoever did
so should be handing in their resignations, by my thoughts. To allow the
law to be broken, while yet another grow operation is busted, is hypocrisy
at its highest.

Allowing a demonstration like this to go unchallenged only serves to lure
more teens into the drug scene and encourage more growers to start
operations for our police to track down and destroy.

(No denying that.)
