DON'T BLAME POT

What a perfect time it was to pick up my Sunday paper and see
headlines of drunken buffoons ruining more of our provinces summer
celebrations -- especially after reading last week of the havoc that
marijuana may or may not be causing.

Most interesting was that there have been two marijuana-focused
festivals/rallies held without incident this year -- so much without
incident that they were virtually ignored by the media.

There indeed is a public enemy at work here, and as many of us have
been saying until we're blue in the face, it's not pot.
