4 Officers Facing Criminal Charges May 4.

Rogue elements commonly infect organizations, both public and private.
The tactics used by such elements to attain their ends are
intimidation and the repression of the vertical flow of information. A
healthy organization is one that exposes and expunges any corruption
at the source. Police Chief Julian Fantino shows courage and
leadership in dealing with those few who bring shame on the policing
profession. The prosecution of allegedly corrupt members of the force
can only mean that Fantino is performing his job to the highest of
standards. His successes indicate that he has broad support from the
dedicated men and women of the Toronto Police Service.
