WAY TO GO COUNCILLORS

Crack is supposed to be illegal, is it not? If so, then why spend
taxpayers' money on supplying crack pipes to the homeless? It tells
us that you can get away with it. Sounds like a good way to get more
people on the streets. Killing it was a great idea.

If people are not allowed to smoke in public areas, why should people
pay to provide crack pipes? Way to go councillors.
