JUDGE ENSURED OUR RIGHTS WON'T BE TRAMPLED
Your editorial goes a long way off track when it attempts to use
disparagement of Judge Ellen Gordon to support your position. What
have any of her other rulings got to do with this one? If you can't
make a convincing case with facts, perhaps you haven't got one.
"The law is the law" is the message Gordon is sending in the border
search case, contrary to a post-9/11 mentality that accepts the
trampling of rights and freedoms. There is a reason we have a
Constitution, and thankfully Gordon understands that.
