FELGER INVITES WHITE TO LIGHT UP AT RALLY
Local Marijuana Party candidate Tim Felger will invite his Conservative
opponent, Randy White, to light up when he rallies outside the incumbent
MP's campaign office on Thursday, June 17.
Felger says he has 200 people signed up for the rally so far, which will run
from 2 p.m. until 4:30 p.m.
"We will be inviting him (White) to smoke the peace pipe with us. We want to
show them they do not have to be afraid of marijuana," Felger said.
Felger hopes his protest will be peaceful, but he says he is determined to
make his point.
"I am hoping he (White) does not call the cops, but I won't be putting my
joint out," he said.
