RESPECT STATES' RIGHTS
I was impressed with the letter on your Opinion page today regarding
the closure of a medical marijuana dispensary in Corona ("Shameful
pot raid," Your Views, July 19).
Donald Kettering's letter was on the mark about the federal
government waging war on the freedoms of law-abiding citizens in California.
All those who value their freedom should take up the cause of
demanding a new government -- one that respects states' right to make
their own laws.
The U.S. government is the outlaw here and must be stopped somehow.
To the secessionists of the state of Vermont: Please help with words of advice.
