EDUCATIONAL ADVENTURE CD AIMS TO STEER YOUNGSTERS AWAY FROM HARM
Microsoft Thailand and a local software-developer have joined hands
with the Information and Communication Technology to produce and
distribute a CD to teach local youngsters about the danger of drug
abuse.
Moontra Kid from Microsoft and CyberPlanet Interactive was made with a
Bt12-million grant from the Software Industry Promotion Agency.
Microsoft Thailand said 100,000 copies of the CD had been distributed
to 100 Bangkok schools.
The CD adventure's hero, Moontra Kid, becomes weak and unable to
compete after taking illicit drugs but grows strong again after
drinking milk.
