TOM TO INVEST IN ANTI-DRUGS TRAINING FOR COPS

CEBU City Mayor Tomas Osmena is reportedly willing to spend in dollars
for the special anti-drugs training program of several policemen by
trainors from the United States.

This special training program will also be participated in by
councilors Sylvan "Jack" Jakosalem and Augustus "Jun" Pe who will be
learning about drug crisis management.

Osmena gave Cebu City South District Rep. Antonio Cuenco the special
assignment of coordinating with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency
that has contacts with US trainors.

The mayor deemed it best for the trainors to come over here than to be
sending the policemen participants to the US.
