ANTI-MEDICAL MARIJUANA WORKSHOP DISCUSSES LEGALIZATION'S IMPACT
The Youth Continuum of Care Coalition invites the public to a free
workshop, "Stirring the Pot: The Medical Marijuana Controversy," from 8
a.m. to 12:30 p.m. today at Education Service Center-Region 2, 209 N.
Water St.
Speaker is Calvina Fay, executive director of Drug Free America
Foundation Inc. and Save Our Society From Drugs.
The workshop will feature the strategies of drug legalization and how
drug prevention, treatment and law enforcement are impacted,
understanding the impact of drug legalization in communities and
recognizing who is promoting drug legalization.
