POLICE IN SCHOOLS GOOD

After reading the article School Board Targets Drug Use in the July 7
paper, I was very pleased, to say the least.

I attend Sa-Hali secondary, where there is a huge group of smokers and
drug users, so this kind of education would definitely help schools
like ours.

I moved here from Abbotsford, where they already had these kinds of
things in schools, so it is nothing new to me.

I have seen what kind of a difference it makes, and it is definitely
worth hiring an RCMP officer and teaching kids about drugs before it
is too late. I think it is an outstanding idea and I support it 100
per cent. Thank you, School District 73.
