LEGALIZE POT AND USE WOULD DECREASE
Re: 85,000 teens smoke pot every day, according to Department of Health
Canada. Make it legal and you will see that figure drop drastically. Hasn't
anybody learned anything from Prohibition?
You can put restrictions on a product if it is made legal, just like
booze and tobacco. How can you restrict an illegal product?
Availability is not the issue. The restrictions are the issue.
